Our Super u16s Boys Basketball team won the Leinster competition.

St Aidan's beat Mercy Kilbeggan by 65 - 50 to be crowned Leinster Champions. The game was a well contested affair, with Aidan's controlling the first and Second quarters with scorelines of 9 - 18 after the first quarter and 18 - 39 after the second quarter. The third quarter was highly contested with Mercy putting up an impressive 19 points to leave the fourth quarter poised at 37 - 49. A competitive fourth quarter with a particularly impressive display from their number 14 was on show, but Aidan's were resilient and ran out 65 - 50 winners. Scores on the day from Majus Raziunas, Jayden Marshall, Michael Olushoto, Darragh Ruth Harrison and Freedom Nna.
This is a very impressive Aidan's team and put on a real show for the supporters to cap a higley successful season.

The final score of 59 - 35 doesn't reflect a very tight opening two quarters, but Aidan's quality shone thru for the third and fourth quarters.
