College Life - What to Expect, by Kyle Boylan Forrester
ON Tuesday, 4th of February, I took a trip with Ms. O'Reilly's first year classics group to University College Dublin.
Off the record, I talked with some students who were studying psychology and criminology, who came all the way from America to do so!
While I was there, I interviewed two second year law students, Olivia and Tanya.
Olivia and Tanya had been studying at UCD for 2 years, and had quite a story to tell.
I asked them about how student life has treated their experiences, and they told me that it can be a bit difficult for those who travel by commuting to campus, but it can still be an overall enjoyable experience.
Some of their favourite things about studying at the university are the facilities, and lecturers.
But their biggest piece of advice for sixth years was to always go to orientation events, and try to join as many clubs and meet as many people as possible.Hopefully, reading this will give you some insight into college life.
